About Us
Welcome to NAYOU! Our nonprofit was founded by Ms. Derahonon DJEDJE a former nanny. Our mission is to provide parents with excellent, affordable childcare options. To this end, we have created programs to help parents care for their children.
The first program is the Nannies and Babysitters Network, which offers free online workshops for employed and job-seeking nannies and babysitters. We want them to enjoy their work and develop the best possible skills.
Our second program, Group Playdates, allows parents to take the break they deserve and helps children reduce their screen time. While babysitters play with the children for three to five hours, parents can use that time to finish their to-do lists or get an extra three hours of sleep.
The third program, Childcare à la carte, is designed to help stay-at-home parents and parents who work part time.
We are setting up two pilot programs: one for nannies and babysitters, and one for parents. Help us provide affordable childcare options to parents who need them. Donate or join our pilot programs today. To learn more, check out our program's information page.
